About the Role The HR Data Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful integration of employee and HR-related data following the company’s acquisition. This position ensures that people data from multiple legacy systems is accurately extracted, validated, transformed, and delivered to the acquiring organisation in line with agreed timelines and data standards. This role is responsible for the accurate extraction, validation, transformation, and delivery of employee data during the post‑acquisition integration process. The role requires strong analytical capability, disciplined data management, and effective collaboration with regional HR and project teams to maintain data quality and support ongoing data refresh cycles. Key Responsibilities Extract, consolidate, and manage HR and employee data from multiple systems and regional sources. Maintain strong understanding of data structures, field definitions, and regional system differences. Develop and run repeatable processes for scheduled data refreshes and extracts, including non-migrating data (e.g. leavers, historical records). Clean, validate, reconcile, and transform data to meet integration templates and quality standards. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, working with regional teams to resolve issues efficiently. Act as a key point of contact for HR and operational stakeholders on data requests, timelines, and dependencies. Produce clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Power BI and related tools. Communicate data risks, quality issues, and progress updates to project and integration leads. Maintain clear documentation of processes, mappings, and validation logic. Ensure all data handling complies with privacy, security, and internal governance requirements. Key Competencies and Experience Interprets and analyses complex HR datasets across multiple systems and regions. Identifies and resolves data quality issues using structured, analytical approaches. Maintains high standards of accuracy in data extraction, validation, transformation, and documentation. Strong understanding of data structures, mapping, and integration requirements. Proficient in Excel, HRIS reporting, Power BI, and data manipulation tools; SQL advantageous. Manages multiple data streams and priorities to meet integration deadlines. Builds effective relationships with HR teams and project stakeholders across regions. Communicates clearly and professionally to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies. Applies best practices in data security, privacy, and compliance. Experience in system migrations, M&A, or HR data integrations is desirable.
