Enhanced Learning Provision Manager
Bean Primary School is seeking a dedicated, skilled and compassionate Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our specialist provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in SEND who is passionate about making a genuine difference to pupils with a high level of additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO to oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of support and interventions within the ELP. You will coordinate a team of Teaching Assistants, ensure strong communication with families and external agencies, and create a safe and purposeful learning environment where pupils can thrive socially, emotionally and academically. We are looking for someone who is calm, proactive, highly organised and deeply committed to helping all children succeed.
The successful candidate will:
1. be educated to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or equivalent and have the experience of working with children in an educational setting
2. knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum is preferable
3. have experience of supporting individuals and small groups of children in achieving the lesson objectives
4. be able to liaise with the class teacher, providing feedback and keeping records of progress and behaviour
5. support the social, emotional, behavioural and medical needs of pupils
6. Communicate with parents
7. Prepare resources and undertake administrative tasks
8. Display children's work creatively
This is a permanent appointment working term times only, 32.50 hours per week

This post is considered to be a customer-facing position; as such it falls within scope of the Code of Practice on English language requirements for public sector workers. The school therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2010 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. This will be assessed during the recruitment/selection process and probationary stages.
