We are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a busy logistics operation in Northampton. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking for consistent night work, with clear shift patterns and ongoing support.
The Role:
1. Monday to Friday night shifts.
2. Start times between 17:00–21:00, confirmed a week in advance.
3. Shifts average around 12 hours with approximately 4 drops per night.
4. Cage work with some handball required.
5. Drivers will need to set and unset alarms in stores.
Requirements:
6. Minimum of 2 years’ HGV driving experience (Class 1).
7. Full UK licence, CPC, and Digi card.
8. No more than 6 points for minor offences (no DD/DR/IN codes).
9. Comfortable with both cage deliveries and store alarm procedures.
10. Must complete: Day 1: Unpaid site assessment (approx. 4 hours). Day 2: Fully paid induction. Day 3: Fully paid buddy shift.
