We're working with an established organisation in Bath to appoint an experienced HR Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover materinty.
This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of HR operations, lead a small team, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, commercially focused people service.

* Driving end-to-end recruitment activity and improving hiring outcomes
* Supporting performance, talent, and succession planning processes
* Managing employee relations cases, including more complex issues
* Reviewing and improving HR processes, systems, and ways of working
* Supporting organisational change and workforce planning activity
* Partnering on reward, benchmarking, and benefits activity
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal standards
