We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
* Develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining seasonal availability.
* Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
