Our client who is an Insurance Broker is looking for a Client Executive to join their expanding department in the Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property owner risks.
Main Duties:
* Placement of new business, renewal negotiations, mid-term adjustments and invoicing
* Supporting Senior Account Executives and the Business Development Manager on new business opportunities across a wide variety of property and professional lines insurance covers, including Latent Defects, Construction Risks, PI, D&O etc
* Being responsible for some key property management accounts
* Assist Directors with reporting requirements
* Maintenance of up to date client contact details, correspondence and risk information on Acturis
* Assisting with credit control on risks placed when required
* Involvement in Insurer and Client meetings, including preparation of renewal reports
* Contributing articles for use on the company website, newsletter and social media
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of Property Insurance risks
* Strong IT skills
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Knowledge of Acturis
