Become the conduit between the Business and Technology teams ? Support business discovery, leading on Salesforce discovery aspects - clarify and guide requirements solicitation ? Work closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverage ? Support in business and technical refinement sessions ? Create Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugin to aid discovery and requirement definition ? Help drive the correct story structure and story size to for a logical Salesforce delivery ? Ensure the relevant artefacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimation ? Champion configuration over code ? Conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet the business needs prior to passing to QA ? Help drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate changes to the development team ? Act as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritizing bugs for review buy the Product Owner ? Support or delivery demos to core team and wider stakeholders Key Skills & Experience: ? Experience in designing declarative solutions ? Attention to detail ? Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple way ? Excellent knowledge Salesforce Experience Cloud ?
