This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from site identification, negotiation, and land/site acquisition. You will lead a professional team through planning, obtaining consents, supporting construction, and ongoing asset management.
Developing relationships with landlords, tenants, authorities, agents, and developers is key.
You will own the full development and planning process from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and meeting tight deadlines.

Note: You will be expected to work at our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your designated area at least 3 days per week.
Internally, this role is called Senior Acquisitions Consultant.
What you'll do
* Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals for new stores.
* Conduct site inspections, development appraisals, and manage due diligence.
* Manage planning applications from submission to approval.
* Lead expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projects.
* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landlords, tenants, and developers.
* Drive the full development and planning process from concept to completion.
* Manage real estate assets.
What you'll need
* Self-motivated with a success-driven attitude.
* Degree (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant field.
* Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, or town planning.
* MRICS qualification (preferred).
* Strong negotiation, legal, and commercial property skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset and ability to multi-task.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
