Your Role: - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping pupils thrive. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting whole-class learning and engagement
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions to accelerate progress
* Assisting with lesson planning and classroom organisation
* Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
* Providing tailored support for children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, social/behavioural)
