About the Role:
Reporting the the HR Director, you will be responsible for cultural integration and leading projects across Devro, globally.
Responsibilities:
* Boost innovation culture throughout, strengthening innovation capability across functions and organisational layers
* Drive creation and delivery of internal development programmes based on business needs
* Act as a subject matter expert being able to advise DMT, HR teams of other stakeholders
* Manage end to end delivery in global Learning & Development initiatives such as global training, engagement surveys and content creation
* Cultural integration project management
* Insights Discovery network & delivery
* Qualtrics system
* Learning & Management System (Learning Pool)
* Management & Leadership programmes
* Stakeholder management
Skills / Knowledge and Experience:
Experience:
* Creation of content and delivering workshops/ training
* Usage of different methods eg Insights Discovery is an advantage)
* Working across a global organisation with layers and silos
Skills:
* Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
* Strong acumen and prioritisation
* Project Management
* Ability to work in ambiguity
* Ability to connect (cultural or development) concepts with pragmatic delivery
Knowledge:
* Understanding of L&D principles
* Ability to learn and self-develop
* Knowledge of facilitation
* Coaching accreditation is a strong advantage but not essential
