Sales Negotiator Residential Property Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000£40,000 Hours: Full-time, office-based The OpportunityThis is not a slow, traditional estate agency role. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performing sales environment where deals move quickly, expectations are high, and results are rewarded. Youll be joining an ambitious team with strong stock levels, active buyers, and a business that genuinely values pace, energy and performance. The RoleYoull take ownership of the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment. Day to day, you will:
* Speak with and qualify active buyers
* Conduct viewings and drive urgency
* Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness
* Progress deals through to completion
* Manage multiple transactions at pace
* Keep momentum in every deal no stagnation
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and thrives on getting deals over the line. What Youll Need
