- 4 on 4 off | 7am – 7pm (Days Only)
We’re working with CBRE on an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a high-profile site at The Gherkin.
This is a busy, client-facing environment, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a strong on-site team.
The Role:
* Electrical-biased Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAP essential)
* Mix of reactive works across tenant and landlord areas
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) duties
* Involvement in ongoing projects and additional works
Plant & Systems Exposure:
* Generators
* Sprinkler systems
* Chillers
* Cooling towers
The Team:
You’ll be part of a well-structured and supportive team including:
* 4 Engineers
* Fabric Technician
* Water Technician
* Operations Manager
* Account Director
The Environment:
* Busy, high-end commercial site
* Strong client interaction – professionalism is key

What We’re Looking For:
* Electrically biased engineer
* HVAP qualification (essential)
* Strong client-facing skills
