* Experience supporting children in a professional setting OR
* A qualification related to education (Level 2 or above preferred)
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed
Role Details:
* Full-time position during term time
* Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
* Providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups
* Helping create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
