We are working with a leading holiday park chain that is looking for a Leisure Manager to join their team. The role involves the day-to-day management of the leisure complex and swimming pool. You will lead a dedicated team, manage staff schedules, uphold high safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, you will collaborate on event planning and support recruitment and training processes.
What they are looking for:
* NPLQ lifeguard qualification (NaRS, STA, or RLSS Trainer Assessor preferred)
* Pool Plant Operator trained
* Strong administrative skills, including rota planning and staff management
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service
* Flexible and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
