Role Summary and Impact We are looking for a high performing Global Strategy Director to steer global media strategy for one of the agency’s headline clients. The ideal candidate will be a creatively-minded strategic thinker, a compelling communicator, and a problem-solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Additional skills and experience include: Strategic Thinking: developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Consumer Insights: Uncover deep consumer insights through data analysis, research, and a strong understanding of cultural nuances. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (planning, buying, creative, analytics) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Innovation: Identify and evaluate new media channels, technologies, and partnerships to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve. Media Creativity: build compelling media-agnostic platforms and initiatives that earn their place in our audience’s cultural landscape. Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
