Job Description:
At Cavendish Nuclear, we're working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as a Payroll and Time Management Administrator at our Hinkley Point C site. This role involves managing on-site payroll, coordinating Kronos system activities, and addressing pay queries to ensure smooth industrial relations and employee satisfaction.
As the MEH Focal point for on-site Payroll for all Blue-Collar personnel up to and including Superintendent, your responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate payroll activities utilizing the Time and Attendance system, Kronos, according to approved procedures.
2. Resolve pay queries efficiently to support harmonious industrial relations.
3. Record and collate Lodge Forms to determine taxable status of lodge payments.
4. Input absence (sickness) records from supervision.
5. Determine Fare and Lodge payments at employee commencement and input entitlements into Kronos.
This is a full-time role, based onsite at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater.
Essential experience:
* Experience in payroll department or managing high volumes of timesheets weekly.
* Experience in Engineering Construction or with complex National Agreements like NAECI, JIB, etc., is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Strong IT skills across MS Office, especially Excel and data analysis.
Security Clearance:
The candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance.
