We’re looking for an ambitious Curriculum Manager to play a key role in shaping high-quality provision, driving student achievement, and leading innovation across the curriculum.

About the role
As Curriculum Manager, you’ll work in partnership with the Head of Faculty to plan, deliver and continuously improve an outstanding curriculum offer. You’ll have responsibility for curriculum development, quality assurance, student performance, and staff leadership, while continuing to teach and inspire learners yourself.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Head of Faculty to plan and deliver curriculum provision, student numbers, staffing and resources.
* Lead on curriculum quality, inclusive learning, and student achievement.
* Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across courses.
* Teach, support and supervise students, modelling outstanding practice.
* Support the effective deployment of staff and physical resources.
* Lead and implement curriculum change in response to sector developments.
* Contribute to a culture of high expectations, collaboration and innovation.

* The confidence and credibility to lead change and influence others.
* Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications.
* Relevant industry or professional experience outside education
