Job Summary
We are a forward‑thinking and dynamic estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results and customer service. We are expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
* Generate and attend property viewings
* Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
* Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation and market trends
* Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
* Work to and exceed personal and office targets
* Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
* Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Skills Required
* Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
* Target‑driven with a proactive approach to winning business
* ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
