Children's Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities, Autism & Trauma - Chelmsford We are currently recruiting full-time Residential Support Workers to join a 4-bed children's home supporting young people aged 12-17 with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom have experienced significant trauma. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Chelmsford. Each young person lives in their own self-contained two-bedroom flat, allowing for highly individualised, person-centred care in a structured residential setting. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide consistent, trauma-informed care to young people with complex needs, supporting their emotional wellbeing, safety, and development.
