Growing Stockport compnay is looking for a Contact Centre Manager with a history of sales and performance management to join their team.
This is a newly created role due to growth and will be a really interesting opportunity for someone to really put their stamp on a role!
The role will involve:
* Day to day management of a sales based claims team
* Assessing and improving processes and team performance
* Overseeing staff recruitment, training and retention
* Managing the integration and training of an offshore out of hours function
There is some flexibility on hours based around a regular working week; working hours for the teams sit between 8am-8pm.
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience; a guide of £36-40k was given.
