Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced, motivated teachers to join our supply teaching team in South Liverpool. We are working with a variety of schools that require support in KS1 and KS2 classes. As a supply teacher with Randstad, you'll have the chance to work with a range of primary schools, delivering lessons in both KS1 and KS2. The positions are ideal for those looking for a flexible work schedule, with the opportunity to secure longer-term positions for the right candidates.

Your role:

Deliver high-quality lessons to students in KS1 and KS2 classes.

Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Adapt teaching strategies to suit the needs of different learners.

Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure students are supported throughout their learning.

Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring the best outcomes for students.

Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity in the students' learning experiences.

Be a positive role model for students, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About You:

• A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching in KS1 and KS2 settings.
• A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching and the ability to quickly engage with different students and environments.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children.
• A passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
• Ability to travel to various schools across South Liverpool.
