The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Reporting to: Store Manager
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to the sales team.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions and maintaining a tidy and organised store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience
The ideal candidates will have luxury sales experience and a passion for fashion / luxury products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service
* Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them during their visit
* Provide product recommendations, styling advice and information about promotions to enhance the customer experience
* Handle customer inquiries, request and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating issues to the management team when necessary
* Sales Support
* Assist the store in meeting sales targets in line with the company strategy by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
* Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book
* Understand and practise the processes of solution selling. These techniques and skills are to be continually used to maximise all opportunities for upselling and add on selling with both new and existing clients.
* Keep up to date with the companies products and services
* Support the Store Management Team in ensuring that all paperwork and spreadsheets are completed in full and on time, as well as supporting items products/marketing-material) are out of stock .
* Conduct & Standards
* Reinforce adherence to company policies and procedures in all areas
* Adhere to the Company's 'Code of Conduct' and ensure this is followed throughout and respect this way of working
* Foster a positive working environment of integrity and ethical behaviour
* Ensure the Store is clean and tidy in line with Company Policies and Procedures, so that the Store meets the agreed company standards for open and closing times, appearance, housekeeping and product display
* Working Conditions
* The role will require working evenings, weekends and holidays as per the store operating hours and needs of the business
