New Homes Sales Consultant - Cambridge
About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned new homes professional who can take complete ownership of this flagship development from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales performance, customer experience, and site operations, working autonomously to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking full ownership and accountability for the development's sales performance
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and achieve targets
* Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial marketing through to legal completion
* Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including solicitors, IFAs, and estate agents
* Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the sales office, show homes, and site
* Monitoring market activity and competitor developments to maintain competitive advantage
* Producing weekly sales reports and forecasts for senior management
* Ensuring exemplary customer service standards throughout the buyer journey
* Managing reservations, exchanges, and completions to meet company deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Manager within new homes
* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work autonomously
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Flexibility to work weekends as required

* Highly competitive basic salary (£36,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience)
* Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £65,000+
