Administration Assistant – Full time 8:30-4:30pm
Location: Near Bromyard, Herefordshire
Tidal is a warehouse and fulfilment company — we store, pick, pack, and dispatch orders for a variety of businesses, managing their entire fulfilment process. We're a family-run business based on a working farm just outside Bromyard. Our team is small but hardworking, fun, and passionate about what we do.
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our small, friendly team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Order Processing
* Print and process all customer orders on a daily basis.
* Ensure order details are accurate before passing to the fulfilment team.
* Invoice & Costing Checks
* Compare supplier invoices against agreed costings to ensure accuracy.
* Flag and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
* General Office Support
* Answer incoming calls and emails where required.
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
* Occasional Peak Time Support
* Assist the warehouse team during busy periods with tasks such as picking & packing, reworking, labelling, or other operational duties.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, email).
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
