Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar. What will I be doing? Working as a key member of the Operational Support team in a busy environment you will be responsible for a range of activities associated to Reception Duties, Document Scanning and supporting projects. Principal Accountabilities include: Visitors: Meeting and greeting visitors to site and providing the associated administration including managing the Emergency Evacuation register for visitors. Scanning Goods in, Back to Birth, Pro Plans, Training and QA RAM (document prep and archive access control). New Starters: The provision of I.D pictures and distribution of access cards. Ad hoc administration for MD. Projects: Supporting employee engagement and other projects as required. Post: Management of incoming and outgoing post and the franking machine. Corporate Entertaining: Coordinate allocation of tickets for corporate events. Collection and management of toners recycling.
