Responsibilities
* Handle commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, landlord/tenant matters, and buying/selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.
* Manage own day‑to‑day workload effectively.
* Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with firm risk management procedures.
* Stay updated on changes and developments in firm business related to client relationships and promoting new business ideas.
* Maintain excellent IT, organisational skills, attention to detail, and thrive under pressure.
* Possess strong communication and client‑face‑to‑face skills to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property, or newly qualified solicitors willing to further develop skills.
* 1+ PQE (or newly qualified). Good understanding of commercial property law.
* Strong organisational and IT skills.
