About You
Support Worker – Welcome to Our Home in Runcorn
Shift Pattern: 10am – 6pm | 24 Hours per Week
Location: Old Town, Runcorn
Hi there! We’re three fun-loving housemates living together in a spacious, character-filled home in the heart of Runcorn’s Old Town.
We’re looking for a Support Worker who’s not just here to help – but to join us on our journey of independence, laughter, and new experiences.

* We’re big fans of holidays (Spain is calling next year!), and we’re well-known in our local community.

* Someone easy-going, adventurous, and full of smiles.
* A great communicator who’s patient and clear – we love a good chat!
* Someone who’s organised and methodical (because we’re definitely not!).
* A person who’s comfortable around cats – our beloved feline is part of the family.
* We need a UK driver as we love trips further afield!
About Our Home :
* A charming semi-detached house with high ceilings and spacious rooms.
* A large garden with a BBQ area, shed, and plenty of space to relax.
* Shared living spaces downstairs, private bedrooms upstairs (with locks – privacy matters!).
* We live on a quiet, closed road with lovely neighbours and easy parking.
Our Local Life :
* Daily Starbucks visits (we’re regulars!)
* Weekly shopping trips to Asda, Aldi, and Tesco
* Bowling in Widnes, cinema at Halton Lea, and roast dinners at the local pub
* We love the Brindley theatre and boat club events too!
The Role :
* One support worker per day, sometimes two for one-on-one time.
* Shifts run from 10am to 6pm, totalling 24 hours per week (we require some flexibility to work some weekends)
* No formal training needed – just passion, patience, and a sense of fun .
* Help us with personal care, encourage us to try new things, and be part of our adventures.
