Facilities Manager Location: London Salary: £70,000-£80,000 per annnum Contract: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a prestigious based in their London office near Liverpool Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in facilities and office operations management, ideally within the legal or professional services sector. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while leading key operational projects and managing service teams. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of facilities, reception, office support, catering, and cleaning teams Lead space planning and office refurbishment projects Manage supplier and vendor contracts, procurement, and budget control Ensure compliance with health & safety and security regulations Liaise with senior stakeholders and global operations teams Supervise and develop facilities and support staff Implement sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or office management Previous experience in professional services or legal environment preferred Strong project management and people management skills Knowledge of health & safety regulations (NEBOSH or equivalent desirable) Excellent communication and organisational abilitiy.
