You will ideally have:
* Strong Maths skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working with customers on the phone
* An interest in programming or software development
* A knowledge of one or more of these skills would be advantageous, but not essential: SQL Relational Databases C# Programming A knowledge of Crystal Reports A knowledge of Oracle
