3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer
4. Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
5. Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and presentations.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
7. Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
9. Assist in organising events and meetings, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
10. Provide additional administrative support to the wider team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to the Chief Medical Officer should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar role, healthcare would be a plus but supporting at C-suite is more important than having worked in healthcare
12. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
15. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
16. Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
17. A professional attitude and high level of discretion when handling confidential matters

18. A competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on the candidate)
