What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Consultant, you'll learn the foundations of recruitment and build your own specialist market. Your day-to-day will include:
* Sourcing top-tier candidates through networking, headhunting, and market research
* Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Working towards clear performance targets with the support of experienced mentors
* Developing deep knowledge of the Data & Analytics market
