Job Title: Dual Registered Manager (Ofsted) – Location: Swinton & Walkden – Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per year – Working Hour: Full-time – Service: Children’s Home – Service Users: Children & Young People aged 5–18 with EBD – Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards – Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting with 2 years in management – Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for…
An experienced, motivated, and compassionate individual with a strong track record in managing Ofsted-regulated children's homes. You must hold a relevant Level 5 qualification and be confident in leading a team, developing a homely and supportive environment, and ensuring the highest standards of care for vulnerable young people.
