Hospitality and Catering Assistant for a Modern and Slick Law Firm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality and Catering Assistant to work on the events within a glossy and modern law firm in Birmingham City Centre. This is fully in office 5 days and is offering up to 26k a year! Please note this role is 9-5:30pm but may require later finishes on event days which would mean a later start the next day.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and communicate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of our suite at all times, maintain high level of cleanliness through the suites, keep areas clean and tidy, place orders for general stock and meetings, conduction inspections, act of a point of contract before and during events, handling last minute changes and assisting with technical queries, meet and greet clients during events, clear and prepare rooms swiftly following the completion of meeting, and any other duties required.Experience Experience within high end hospitality ideally within a large client suite environment or previous the ability to deliver high quality customer service.
