Job Description
We are looking for an individual who will actively seek opportunities to improve the onsite service experience, deploy new initiatives and act as a trusted, recognisable point of contact.
You will contribute to a seamless delivery of workplace services while consistently delivering a 5-star, world-class experience for all clients, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the front of house touchpoint journey and deliver user-centric concepts and experiences
2. Establish strong working relationships with customers to become the natural go-to person and trusted partner
3. Deliver a 5-star, world-class service, treating clients as individuals and addressing them by name and title
4. Manage helpdesk tickets for FOH tasks, working collaboratively with all teams to close tasks where possible
5. Undertake site audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve service provision and meet all FOH KPIs
6. Manage client and visitor requirements, including meeting room bookings, visitor badges, taxi bookings and personal requests
7. Handle enquiries professionally, including answering telephone calls, dealing with the general public and remaining calm in crisis situations
8. Ensure training for site SOPs and Dawn Raids is completed and regularly reviewed, maintaining Health & Safety standards at all times
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Relevant corporate, hospitality or customer service experience
10. Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office
11. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
12. Excellent communication and customer service skills
13. Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
14. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
15. Motivated, committed and flexible approach
16. Good understanding of Health & Safety
