The Practice
4. Mid-sized practice with ambitious growth plans
5. Part of a successful not-for-profit GP federation
6. GP Training Practice with a structured educational programme
7. Daily coffee break fostering a genuinely collaborative culture
8. Strong multidisciplinary team including Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, Physiotherapy service, Nurses and HCAs
9. Dedicated medical secretaries managing referrals and correspondence
10. Home visiting service in place, resulting in virtually no home visits for GPs
11. Recently expanded premises undergoing significant investment and refurbishment
12. EMIS clinical system

Your Role
14. Salaried GP
15. Flexible sessional commitment available
16. 15-minute appointments throughout
17. Typically 13 patients in the morning and 12 in the afternoon
18. Personal lists
19. Dedicated clinician-of-the-day model for triage and urgent care
20. No squeeze-in appointments and no expectation to routinely work beyond scheduled hours
21. Minimal home visiting responsibilities
22. Opportunity to develop specialist interests, particularly Women’s Health, Dermatology or Research
23. Excellent progression opportunities, including future Clinical Lead roles
24. You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
Salary and Benefits
25. £10,925–£11,845 per session, dependent on experience
