Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Oldham - Primary School Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, long-term Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Oldham to recruit a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual committed to supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic school environment. About the Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role across the school, supporting teaching and learning in a variety of classroom settings. You will deliver targeted interventions, support individual pupils, and provide whole-class cover during teacher PPA time. Confidence in classroom management and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
