We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
* Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and bookings
* Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
* Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and service excellence
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
* Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an advantage to enhance guest interactions
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
