Business Unit: BU Special Delivery Business Line: BL Home Delivery & High Tech Target Hire Date: 2025-06-02 What You Can Expect : We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team for a full time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to work Saturdays, depending on business needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Handling and resolving customer queries received via phone and email Making outbound calls when necessary to confirm delivery dates with customers Accurately updating customer records using our in-house Transport Management System Collaborating with the team to ensure all KPIs are met while consistently delivering a high level of customer service What You Bring: Clear and effective communication skills, both over the phone and via email Strong listening skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
