Learning Support Assistant - Full Time (KS1) Location: Hackney Agency: Tradewind Education Tradewind Education is currently recruiting a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to work in a KS1 class at a welcoming primary school based in Hackney. This role involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support in a nurturing learning environment. The Role: Full-time Learning Support Assistant position Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team Requirements: Experience working with children in a UK primary school (desirable) A patient, caring, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Why work with Tradewind Education?
