Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and learn about our products to assist effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring a memorable experience
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find the best products for them
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor setup
5. Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches
8. Follow all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures

Experience
1. Customer service experience is desirable but not essential

4. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
5. Confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed
