Thisisasenior,hands-onleadershiprolewhereyoullrunthebranchasyourownbusinessdrivingperformance,developingpeople,andensuringcontractsaredeliveredsafely,profitably,andtothehigheststandard.
Therole
Youllhaveoverallaccountabilityforbranchperformance,reportingdirectlytotheOperationsDirectorandworkingcloselywiththemonstrategy,operations,andgrowth.Yourremitwillspanfinance,operations,sales,peoplemanagement,andfutureexpansion.
Keyresponsibilities
* Fullresponsibilityforbranchoperations,performancereporting,andfutureplanning
* OwnershipofmonthlyandannualP&L,ensuringmarginsaremaintained
* Oversightoffactoryandfieldoperations,ensuringlabourandresourcesarecorrectlyallocated
* Workingcloselywithsalesandprojectteamstodelivercontractsefficientlyandprofitably
* Managinginternalandexternalsalesactivitytosecuretherightcontractsattherightprice
* Ensuringappropriateplant,transport,andinvestmentareinplace
* Leadingonhealth&safety,quality,andenvironmentalstandards
* FullHRresponsibilityincludingrecruitment,training,development,andperformancemanagement
* Identifyinganddrivingopportunitiesforgrowthandexpansion
