Your primary objective will be to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive new membership acquisition and boost partnership income. - Private medical health insurance options available. \n\nDuties:\n\nDevelop & Execute: Craft and implement sales activities to attract new Patron members and Partners, driving income growth.\nBuild Relationships: Establish connections with potential members and partners through various channels: email, phone, social media, and events.\nIdentify Prospects: Target and prospect key players to expand the membership base and partnership income.\nCraft Proposals: Create compelling proposals that highlight how our client can meet prospective needs.\nSales Management: Conduct sales meetings, negotiate terms, and win new business.\nOnboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new members and nurture ongoing relationships.\nFinancial Tracking: Manage invoices and track payments efficiently.\nStay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Chamber activities and collaborate with various teams to leverage opportunities.\nCRM Management: Regularly update the CRM with pipeline information and track opportunities.\nReporting: Prepare forecasts and reports on key performance indicators for senior management.\nTarget Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and income targets. \n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets.\nStrong commercial awareness and effective negotiation skills.\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.\nNumerate with robust financial and commercial acumen.\nConfident networker skilled in relationship-building at all levels.\nAdaptable and creative in meeting stakeholder needs.\nTeam player with the ability to work independently.\nHighly organised with excellent time management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
