We have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing property business where you'll play a key role in generating opportunities across Sales, Lettings and Financial Services as a Property Sales Consultant /New Business Property Negotiator.

The Role
* Proactively contact prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
* Qualify and follow up enquiries received through websites, property portals, and marketing campaigns
* Book valuations, viewings, and appointments across multiple property departments
* Build strong relationships with clients and understand their property requirements
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider business
* Work towards individual and team performance targets
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a client-facing role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive, resilient, and target-focused attitude
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Estate agency experience (desirable but not essential)
