**Caring and Compassionate Live in Support Worker Required**
We are seeking a caring and compassionate live in support worker to provide support to service users in their own homes.
This role is based in Southampton, Eastleigh and surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing personal care and support with activities of daily living
* Assisting individuals with mobility, movement, and transfers
* Medication administration
* Assisting with meal preparation and dietary requirements
* Supporting with domestic tasks
* Adhering to health and safety standards
* Promoting and enhancing individuals' independence
* Documenting the care delivered and maintaining up-to-date records
* Following all relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
* Reporting any safeguarding concerns to relevant professionals
* Working collaboratively with service users, their family members, and other professionals
**Person Specification:**
* Experience in care and willingness to undertake further training.
* Experience of working in adult social care settings (desirable)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with service users
* Experience of working with individuals with dementia and behaviour management skills (desirable)
* Strong ability to demonstrate empathy and provide respectful and dignified care
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety protocols
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals, families, and professionals

Licence/Certification:
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
