Apprentice - Legal Services Team Location: Oldham (hybrid) Salary: National Minimum wage (This will vary depending on age) Job Type: Fixed-Term (21 Months) Excellent administration is at the heart of our legal services team, and that’s where this role sits: centrally. By providing administrative support to the team by working on documents, updating records, arranging meetings and collating information you will form part of the keystone in this busy department. So what will you be doing? In this role your responsibilities will be: Provide a general and confidential service to the Legal Services Team and assist with general enquiries. To be the first point of contact for Legal Services in relation to all administrative enquiries To maintain oversight of the legal services spreadsheets, recording and analysing data, leading on collating the monthly Organisation Performance Indicators (OPIs) and similar To review the archiving of cases and other documents and implement changes to future-proof the department Be responsible and able to respond to correspondence and write standard and non-standard letters on sometimes complex matters. To provide generic clerical, secretarial and administrative support within Legal Services such as dealing with organisational and customer queries. Printing, scanning, post, NAFN checks Work effectively as part of a team by covering for and helping colleagues but working flexibly and sharing knowledge and participating in team activities. Attend and facilitate meetings including minute taking and preparation of information and rooms. Any other reasonable duties as appropriate for the purpose of the post as required by the Organisation. Who are we looking for?
