The Role
We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor based in our Shropshire office to support the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects.
This is a hands‑on role where you will take responsibility for project delivery within your level of experience, working closely with senior colleagues while developing your own professional judgement and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing cost plans, reports and tender documentation
* Supporting and managing procurement processes
* Undertaking contract administration and cost control
* Preparing valuations and assisting with final accounts
* Acting as day‑to‑day client contact on projects
* Identifying and managing project risks and scope changes
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a consultancy or contractor environment
* Understanding of construction contracts and cost management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload and work independently where appropriate
* Commitment to professional standards and continuous development
