As an Internal Sales Executive, this is a an office based sales role where most of your time will be spent responding to and managing a range of incoming calls from clients placing orders; providing product advice, processing the details and ensuring and special requirements are noted and actioned and delivery times are set. Around 30% of your time will be spent making outbound calls to make connections with new businesses whilst the majority of the time you will call from a portfolio of existing customers to keep in touch and maintain the business relationships.
