Echo Personnel are on the lookout for a confident and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Kettering branch.
As a Recruitment Consultant (potentially Branch Manager), you will be responsible for managing a range of client accounts and overseeing the full recruitment process
from sourcing candidates and arranging interviews to placing candidates and providing ongoing support. You will need to be proactive, organised, and confident working independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

:
Manage and support multiple client accounts
Write job adverts, source candidates, and conduct interviews
Match candidates to roles and manage the full recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Travel to client sites as required
Carrying out compliance checks, including Right to Work documentation
Managing online registrations, forms, and timesheets
We are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
full training provided
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours as required
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
