Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be hiring a Reception Manager at a well-established property management company in Birmingham. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a "can-do" attitude.
Reception Manager responsibilities:
Greet and assist tenants and visitors to ensure a professional front-of-house experience.
Manage daily building operations, including opening, closing, and key control.
Oversee contractor access and ensure all procedures and paperwork are followed.
Act as fire warden and report any health, safety, or security issues.
Log maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Support tenant events and help foster a positive building community.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in hospitality, retail, or service roles.
A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
Strong admin and record-keeping skills.
Great communication skills.
