Your New Opportunity We’re recruiting across four services in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir, including: Adult Supported Living Adult Respite Services Childrens Respite Service ( Pay increase due to qualification requirement ) Each service has unique requirements, supporting individuals with: Autism Visual impairments / hearing impairments Physical disabilities - some requiring wheelchair assistance Personal care needs Social support such as clubs, activities, and days out ( some ) More complex health support needs that require specific skillset/training Some sleepover / waking night shift roles included No two days are ever the same — but every day is rewarding. Drop-in sessions are the perfect way to chat about your experience, interests, and availability so we can match you to the service that suits you best. We are offering contracts between 16 and 39 hours per week and I am holding drop in sessions every Tuesday starting October 28th through to December 2nd. Please note: some roles have specific requirements such as female-only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. What Youll Bring to the Role A passion for helping others live their best lives Compassion, patience, and reliability Experience in care (desirable but not essential — we offer full training!)
